According to the research results: shrinkage of various packages of materials while forming rough workpieces of the top parts of footwear on shoes is determined and put as a basis of the algorithm for designing molded soles; method of defining the strength of soles fixture is developed and on its basis mathematic dependencies and formulas for calculating optimal constructive parameters of the width of glue joints and hight of the sides of molded soles are determined; with the help of a special algorithm method of designing molded soles in the environment of the system of automatic design is developed. Hight efficiency of the offered method of designing molded soles is proved theoretically and is confirmed practically.
