Об'єкт дослідження - The thesis is dedicated to revelation of theoretical and practical issues connected with problems of improvement of legal principles of realization of functions of criminal prosecution, protection and solution of case at the stage of prejudicial inquiry. Мета дослідження - Having analyzed scientific work, Ukrainian and foreign procedural criminal law the notion, essence and means of realization of functions of criminal prosecution, protection and case solving were revealed. Методи дослідження і апаратура - general scietific as well as specialized legal research methods. Теоретичні результати і новизна - The work set forth substantiated conceptual scheme of scientific and applied theses aimed at improvement of accusatorial and defensive activity, solution of cases. The conclusions are made, proposals and recommendations concerning solution of problems of legal provision of subjects of functions of criminal prosecution, protection and case solution are placed. The changes to legislative acts of Ukraine are offered in the aspect of this problem.
