Мета дослідження - is to work out complex theoretical statements on compromise essence during the pre-trial investigation, to ground the practical value of a compromise. Теоретичні результати та новизна - the author defined the main conditions and limits of the compromise. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - the conclusions and recommendations of the thesis can serve as a base for the more efficient work of the pre-trial investigation bodies.
