Essay

We were studied the cronic pancreatitis influences on the course of the stable angina. It was revealed, that the presense of chronic pancreatitis worsenes rythmic unstability of myocardial cells, decreses pump function of the left ventricle after meal, increases serum levels of endothelin 1 and vasoactive intestinal peptide, changes fatty acides composition of the eritrocyte membrane and lipoproteins, worsenes microcirculation. In patients with acute phase of chronic pancreatitis and ischemic heart disease better results was revealed during treatment with proton pump inhibitors, than histamine type 2-receptor antagonists. There were no differences between influences of histamine type 2-receptor and proton pump inhibitors on peptides levels and fatty acides composition of the eritrocyte membrane and lipoproteins. Adding of Carvedilolum to the treatment was associated with significantly improvement of ischemic and arrhytmic changes.
