Object - hysteroscopic diagnostics and treatment intrauterine pathology at women with barreness in program ARТ; methods clinical, instrumental, histologic, microbiological, statistical; novelty - for the first time it is established persistent urogenital infections in the endometrium patients with barreness which are treated under program ARТ and its negative role as one of possible factors of an inefficiency of treatment of barreness is proved by methods ARТ; for the first time it is established and scientifically proved expediency of use gisteroscopic with aim biopsy of the endometrium, morphological and microbiological research biopsy samples as screening method at a stage of preparation of women to program ARТ; the expediency of application of the given complex inspection both before for the first time, and before repeatedly planned ARТ is proved; the contingent of the patients, demanding applications of the given preparatory stage is established, approaches to carrying out of preparatory treatmentrevealed intrauterine pathology before use ARТ are generated; results - increase of efficiency of preparation of women with barreness to ARТ by optimization of complex diagnostics and treatment of pathological conditions in a cavity of a uterus and endometrium by means of hysteroscopic with aim biopsy of the endometrium and additional research biopsy samples; branch – medicine
