Essay

On the basis of complex clinic-paraclinic and biochemical-biophysical research of 127 patients with Ischemic Stroke in the acute period criteria of diagnostics and forecasting of current of disease with account EEG-, USDG- and CТ-parameters, a condition of oxidant-antioxidant systems and a biopower homeostasis are developed. It is proved, that in conditions of a acute cerebral ischemia the Lipid Peroxidation, exhaustion Antioxidant System, change of amino acids pool with disbalance between stimu-lating and brake Neuro Amino Acids aside concerning prevalence of the first which caused weight of a condition of patients were observed intensification Free Radical Oxidation of lipids, accumulation initial and by-products. The revealed biochemical shifts promoted infringement of structurally functional integrity of biomembranes, change nucleo-membrane potential (reduction of electronegativity of nucleus of cells) that testified to proof infringement of a homeostasis and biopower processes, deterioration of aphysical condition of an organism as a whole. Pathogenetic efficiency of the differentiated application in the acute period of an ischemic insult of a complex of preparations antioxidant, antihypoxant and membranestabilization actions is proved (actovegin, semaks), that promoted minimization of neurologic deficiency and structural-functional-metabolic infringements.
