Khomenko E. The executive authority: the social - legal nature and feature

The dissertation is devoted to research the theoretical fundamentalses of executive authority. In the dissertationt there is an authors comprehension of concept of executive authority, there are updated a proportion with consepts of state authhority and political authority, the proportion between state authhority and administration of government, the place of executive authority is determined in the system of separation of a state authority, the contents and pattern of authorities is uncovered, as basic element of an authority in legal sense, the concept of state-imperous authority is given. There is given the performance of the executive authority in countries with the different shapes of administration of government. There are parsed the reference directions of advancing of executive authority in Ukraine. The conceptual positions in the dissertation are formulated, new propositions and deductions on cases in point are justified
