Essay

The dissertation devotes to actual questions of diagnosis and treatment of abscess of uterine tube. In the work on basis of carried morphologic examinations were revealed irreversible structural changes of wall of uterine tube. The algorithm of diagnosis which including besides instrumental methods the mathematical analysis was worked up. The expediency of endolymphic introduction of antibacterial preparations is proved. The duration and methods of treatment was grounded in developing medical algorithm. There was established that the use of complex of medico-diagnostic measures allows to reduce the terms of stay in stationar in 1,42 time, to create individual program of examination and treatment, 100% to carry out adequate surgical treatment by women of reproductive age.
