Essay

The thesis considers the problem of development of scientific and methodic principles for design of structures for management and operation of corporate holding groups as specific participants of investment process. According to the results of investigations the author received the principal scientific result – concept of integrated system “Corporate holding group (CHG) – System of mortgage building investment organization (SMBIO)”, - on which basis the following models had been developed: general model of IS “CHG – SMBIO”, target model of IS “CHG – SMBIO” effectiveness, organization-functional model of CHG, structural-organizational model of SMBIO. On basis of these models the author offered algorithms for formation of CHG management structure according to functions (along with structural solutions, developed on its basis) and methodic of structural-functional design and management of SMBIO.
