Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to actual questions of neuroendocrine disorders, connected with dysfunction of adrenal part of hypothalamo-hypophisio-adrenal system in cases of acute cerebral perfusion disturbances. Investigation of androgenes and glucocorticoids contents and its' relationship was performed at 55 patients (17 patients suffering cerebral atherosclerosis connected with arterial hypertension, 23 persons who experienced transient ischemic attacks, 75 patients with ischemic stroke and 40 - with spontaneous intracranial hemorrhage). The dependence of daily urine level of metabolits of androgenes and glucocorticoids on lesion type, location, clinical course was revealed. The criteria and recommendations are proposed how to perform correction of appeared hormonal disorders at patients with acute cerebral perfusion disturbances administering Insulin. It is proved that Insulin use for complex treatment of these groups of patients assists regredient course of stroke, diminishes morbidity and mortality.
