Firas T. Substantiation of rehabilitation treatment and estimation of results in patients with sewing over the perforated duodenal ulcer

Dissertation is devoted to improvement of results of the treatment of patients with perforated of duodenal ulcer, after operation with closure application on the perforated aperture. The data obtained from complex diagnosis and treatment of 225 patients with the perforated duodenal ulcer is taken as a basis of the dissertation. Besides general diagnosis a research of acidity forming stomach function with the help of intrastomachcavity computer pH-metry, investigation of Helicobacter sowing of stomach mucosa according to the data 13C-urino respiratory test and morphology research of bioptates of the stomach mucosa were carried out. 71,4% of patients with the perforated duodenal ulcer after closure of the perforated aperture appeared to have an increased or preserved acidity-formed function of the stomach, 76,6% appeared to have a sowing Helicobacter pylori of stomach mucosa. Antisecretory and anti-Helicobacter complex therapy was substantiated. Application of the therapy in the early postoperative period allows to achieve a considerable decrease in ulcer recurrence from 31,8% to 4,3%.
