Essay

Dissertation based on investigation and treatments of 91 patients undergo resection of colon and rectum with descent of intestine on perineum. It was determined that application of intraluminal rheograpgic investigation of descended intestine blood supply allows to give an objective assessment both of arterial and venous circulation in the intestinal wall. Rheographic findings which allow to reveal disorders of blood supply of the descended intestine at early stages are defined. The use of improved diagnostic and treatment tactics reduce a number of complications and improove quality of life at postoperative patients.
