Skoptsova O. Appearance and development of folk chorus performance in Ukraine / the end of the ХІХ - ХХ century /

The dissertation is dedicated to research of the problem of folk chorus art in the context of historical and social cultural processes in Ukraine. In this dissertation peculiarities and national stylistic features of folk chorus performance are revealed, its classification according to the forms and art-structural types are proposed, criterions of professionalism of performance and embodiment of them in creative work of professional folk chorus are elaborated, typical features of ensemble of song and dance, theatre of song and dance and folk-lore ensemble are generalized, peculiarities of folk performance manner as an important part of folk chorus art are revealed, basic ideas and terms are defined more precisely. In this work historical-artistic sources of folk chorus performance are brought to light, activity of amateur folk chorus collective bodies as a premise of appearance of professional folk chorus art are analysed, artistic experience of the early professional chorus collective bodies and StateUkrainian folk chorus is generalized, the part of G. Viriovka in development of the professional folk chorus art is defined. Analysis of creative work of the professional folk chorus collective bodies in general context of development of Ukrainian chorus culture and composing in the second part of the 20 century is made, leading tendencies of development of folk chorus art of the beginning of the 21 century are brought to light.
