The work is dedicated to the development and grounding of the main directions of efficiency increase of labour potential formation and usage in the agrarian sector of Ukraine. In the dissertation the theoretic-methodical foundations of forming and using the labour potential in agricultural production have been grounded. Content of the labour potential and its correlation with other categories, that contribute to the labour resources renewal, have been revealed. Conditions and factors of the labour potential formation and usage in the agrarian sphere have been researched.
