Comparative physiologo-hygienic and ergonomic estimation of the conditions and labour character of coal miners in stable and cutters were given. The main harmful factors of influence upon the coal miners were determined. Dose loads during the shift and risks of occupational diseases development were defined. Structure of coal miners features according to their extra- and introversion, emotional stability and anxiety was determined. Peculiarities of psycho-vegetative correlation and peculiarities of mechanisms mobilization for the readiness of doing work and recovery after it among the persons with different manifestation of extra- and introversion and emotional stability were studied; influence of extra- and introversion and emotional stability upon the labour activity, its vegetative ensuring, physiologic efficiency and labour productivity were studied. An influence of vegetative regulation of coal miners upon the level of physical capacity for work, vegetative ensuring of labour activity, physiologic activity and labour productivity were studied. Genesis of inadmissible states of activity was analyzed. Strength and influence of labour factors and individual psychological differences of coal miners upon the functional state in work were determined. It was proved that these factors determined changes (65-70 %) which took place in the body. Labour regimes for the realization of admissible industrial loads were worked out. Approaches and principles of diagnosis and prevention for the risk factors of occupational health were improved. Criteria of estimation for the psycho-emotional conformity of coal miners to the industrial requirements and principles of risk groups forming were grounded; effective methods for the reveal of the coal miners of risk groups and measures of prevention and sanitation were worked out.
