Belyaeva A. Principle of freedom of the contract in legal regulation of the external economic contract.

The Dissertation is devoted to research of problems of application of a principle of freedom of the contract at the conclusion and execution of such specific version of civil contracts, as the external economic contracts. In work are investigated as the general questions connected with understanding of the maintenance and value of concept of the external economic contract, the maintenance of a principle of freedom of the contract and its restrictions et cetera, and a number of special questions. To the last questions on separate components of the maintenance of a principle of freedom of the contract, which are shown at its conclusion or execution, in particular, belong. By results of carried out theoretical research a number of offers concerning improvement of the civil legislation of Ukraine and practice of its application is formulated.
