Derishov S. Pregnancy and labor management at women with uterine development anomalies

Dissertation covers one of the actual obstetrical problems – reducing frequency of miscarriage and improving perinatal results in women with the uterine development congenital detects by researching functional condition of feto-placental complex, differential approach of isthmic-cervical insufficiency (ICI) surgical correction and creating tactics of pregnancy and childbirth curation. In accordance with Doppler-graphic results the activity of blood uterine-placental-fetal circulation is reduced in pregnant with the anomalies of uterus development. The pathogenic method is created to improve uterine-placental hemodynaniics by using the diathermy of solar plexus. The optimal terms of isthmo-cervical insufficiency surgical correction is determined. The use of created tactics of pregnancy and labor curation in women with uterus development defects reduces perinatal losses in 5 times
