Essay

The thesis focuses on theoretical-leral and practical issues of law enforcing in the states of Central Europe. On the basis of theoretical analisis of literature in law and valid normative-legal acts in definite problems istitutional-juridical bases of law enforcing sistems of four states: the Polish Repablic, the Czech Repablic, the Slovak Repablic and the Hungarian Repablic. The author views the law enforcing function of a state as an independent and priority directions of state politics, which with the help of juridical means is exercised for achieving such a social effect as the law defence in general, the basics of constitutional order, rights, freedoms and other objects inclusive, consolidation of legality, law and order and simultane-ously is a lawful form of gaining other ends of a society and a state. Regularities and technology of justice reforming, prosecuting magistracy and police of the above-mentioned states have been elucidated. At this point attention is paid to the legislative basics of their activities. The directions of reforming the law enforcing system of Ukraine have been formulated.
