Berezivskа O. Creation and operational efficiency of agricultural production units of different organizational and legal types.

The object of research: process and mechanisms of creation and providing the efficiency of agricultural production units development of different organizational and legal types. The purpose of research: the elaboration of theoretical and methodology basis and applied aspects for creation and providing the efficiency of development of agricultural production units of different organizational and legal types and proposals on their transformations into new effective units within multi-level structure of economy. Methods: abstract-logical, monographic, graphic, statistical and economical, calculation and constructive, systematic and comparative analysis. Theoretical and practical results: Theoretical results gave a possibility to supplement theoretical and methodology and applied aspects of new agricultural production units of different organizational and legal types creation. Practical significance of received results has been directed on the creation and effective functioning of creation mechanism and providing the efficiency of development of agricultural production units of different organizational and legal types in multi-level structure of economy under the conditions and making certain managerial decisions on providing the competitiveness of farm enterprises on the basis of cutting the production costs per unit and raising its quality. Research novelty: for the first time: in relation to the specific conditions of post-reforming period the directions of forming the new organizational and legal structures have been offered on the basis of private households by their transformation, association and integration; the system of economic relations has been developed among agricultural enterprises, private farms and private households; it has been specified: understanding of the essence of production agricultural structure as social and economic category; essence of organizational and economic mechanism of enterprises competitiveness; methodical approaches regarding the application of market and transfer prices and at enterprises productivity and characters of responsibility in the system of adjusting of inter-farms production relations; have been further developed: theoretical and methodical grounds of creation and development of different types of farms in an agrarian sector; mechanism of setting-up the agricultural production structures of different organizational and legal types; development of the production-sale module which provides product structures of agrarian enterprises. The degree of introduction: the results of research have been accepted for introducing by Principle Department of Agriculture and Food Stuff in Lviv Region, Department of Agriculture and Food Stuff of Zhovka and Yavoriv District, besides it is used in educational process of Lviv State Agrarian University. Efficiency: the results of research have substantiated the conception of mechanisms of creation and providing the efficiency of development of agricultural production units of different organizational and legal types.
