Essay

Present thesis is dedicated to forming and influence of risk factors on the state of cardiovascular system of the school age children. The most significant among them were: compromised heredity, psycho-emotional tension, smoking, alcohol consumption, nutrition with daily usage of large amount of saturated fats and low vitamins content, hypodynamia, over-weight, high systolic blood pressure, presence of three and more risk factors. For the screening evaluation of risk factors we suggest the usage of micro-social risk coefficient (MSR), the sum of risk factors (SRF), coefficient of family morbidity (CFM), stress index (SI).We have carried out the examination of changes in blood haemostasis system among teenagers with vegetative dysfunctions and we have offered the correction of these disorders with multivitamin mineral plant preparation "Trace Minerals".
