Object of investigation: patients with arterial hypertension.. Methods of investigation: general clinical, laboratory :immunoenzyme methods studies NPY, peroxids lipid oxidation, lipid spectrum was established by the level of LPHT, LPLT, LPVLT, cholesterol,triglycerids;clinicoinstrumental, objective examination, ECG, EchoCG. Mathematical and statistic methods Theoretical and practical results: Dissertation is devoted for investigation of activity neyropeptid Y and parameters daily monitoring blood of pressure at the patients with essential hypertension in dynamics of treatment. Novelty:The study of a level neyropeptid Y in blood of the patients essential hypertension is carried out depending on features of a daily structure blood pressure and carried out combined therapy. Is revealed more high levels neyropeptid Y at the patients with the broken daily structure blood pressure, that testifies to participation of the given parameter in formation of structure of a daily rhythm blood pressure. Spent combined therapy promotes normalization blood pressure, that is accompanied by decrease of activity neyropeptid Y. The extent of introduction: AMS of Ukraine introduces the results of the investigation to the work of therapeutical and cardiological departments of clinic 3,8, 20, 27, 28 regional hospitals.
