Necynova S. State and legal mechanism of minors' rights protection in Ukrainian SSR (60's - early 80's of XX century).

Kyiv, 2005. The notion of state and legal mechanism of minors' rights protection has been formulated. Such main elements of the mechanism as subjects, objects, normative and legal basis as well as forms and methods of state bodies and public organizations activities in this sphere have been investigated. The guaranties of the achievement of the main goal - child's rights protections have also been studied. The main directions of the state activity in this branch in Ukrainian SSR in the period under investigation have been characterized. Special attention was paid to organizational and legal forms of minors' rights protection as well as to the interaction of state bodies and institutions with public organizations and individuals. Some recommendations directed to the imperfection of state and legalmechanism of minors' rights protection at present stage of Ukraine development have been formulated.
