Bortnitskaya L. Providing of complex efficiency for the motor roads construction

The objects of research are industrial processes of the motor roads main stages and life-cycle. The purpose of the research is in working out and practical application of methods, models and strategies to provide the efficiency of the motor roads life-cycle. Methods of investigation are economic theory, theory of administration, examination of legal aspects, methods of processing the statistics, theory and methodology of mathematical analysis, modeling and optimization, methods of marketing investigations and analysis of business activities projections, complex approach. The scientific novelty is in developing of the new for Ukraine system of capital conglomeration for the Road Economy needs; the results are: developed methodical recommendations, regarding private and national financing of motor roads, according to which, the road net is considered as a paid service. Constructed is the system model of the road life span, which signifies regularity of projection, construction and exploitation. Suggestedare the methods and strategies for forming of financial recourses for road economy. Developed is the organizational and economical method to provide the efficiency of the motor road life span.
