Essay

In the dissertation the technique of speech competence formation (pupils of 5-7 classes) is theoretically proved and tested experimentally in view of knowledge of expressive means of the language. The scientific base of mastering the expressive means, the methodical maintenance toward development of speech competence at lessons of the Ukrainian language, its place in practice of teachers work is determined. In the research the system of exercises dealing with work over expressive means of the language is submitted.
