Antonova O. Public Policy-Making Environment (theoretical and methodical aspects)

The object - the public policy-making; the aim - the generalization of theoretical approaches to the investigation of influences in the public policy-making and the argumentation of methodological principals of forming the public policy-making environment in the transitive society; the methods - etymological analysis, structural- functional methods, system-situate, modeling, system-informative analysis; the innovation - first is proposed the definition of public policy-making environment in the context of public administration; is created the spread classification of environment influences; is built the descriptive model of public policy-making environment; is examined the interaction between the public administration and public policy-making environment in democratic societies, the organizational and normative principals of providing the functions of public policy-making environment in Ukraine; the results of this research might be applied for improvement the public policy-making in time development of practical researches; the sphere - the theory and history of public administration.
