Dniprenko N. Change of the Paradigm in Public Administration in the Field of Information: Communicative Aspect

Object - public administration of the Ukrainian society's information sphere; aim - scientific and technical substantiation of the necessity for change of the public administration paradigm from informational to communicative one in the information sphere, development of the new approaches based on this for the formation and realization of state policy in the mentioned sphere; methods - system, structure and functional analysis, special methods - linguistic and comparative analysis; originality - theoretical and methodological task of the change of public administration paradigm from informational to communicative one in the information sphere and development the administrative principles of institutionalization of communicative processes in society based on this being solved for the first time, the basic and fundamentally new paradigm in the information sphere management was defined - institutionalization of society communications is a condition for development of democratic processes and establishing of information and civil society, the results of the research can be used for optimization of the public administration system in informational sphere, in the training process of public servants and officials of the self-government, branch - theory and history of public administration.
