In dissertation is stated experimental and scientific substantiation of use of a preparation glutam and glutam 1M for acceleration multiplying of large horned cattle, that is achieved by increase fertilizatoin of the cows and heifers at artificial fecundation. The positive influence hypodermic injections of a preparation on fertilizatoin is determined. Materials dissertation to attest, that introduction under a skin to the cows biological-active preparation glutam on 6-8 the day after fecundation increases fertilization of the cows by 17,9 % (Р<0,05) without negative influence on further reproductive function. Introduction glutam in womb on 6-8 the day of a sexual cycle does not cause increase them fertelization. After Is established to the cows of a preparation glutam on 13-15 the day after artificial осіменіння fertilization is increased by 13,7 %. Is established, that 4 use on the cows of a preparation glutam first time one hour prior to fecundation and on 6-8 the day after fecundation favours probable (Р<0,05) extenuation urine on 30,8 %, increasing activity of alkaline phosphatese on 15,4 %, alaninaminotransferaz on 25,9 % and concentration of glucoz in to the blood on 29,9 %, that is coused chenges of correlation bonds of metabolits for 10-th day sexual cycle. Introduction glutam under a cows skin on 6-8 that 13-15 day sexual cycle increasebl correlative of coenzims NAD+/NADH on 13,4 % - 50,4 %, that is evidence about іntensification of energetic chenging at them organism. Is established, that after injection under a skin heifers to a preparation glutam 1M on 6-8 day sexual cycle after stimulation at them sexual activity by analogue prostoglandin F2? - estrofan probability (P<0,05) increasable fertilizatoin on 24,5 %. After injection under a skin to a preparation glutam 1M, on 6-8 day after artificial fecundation, for 9-th day in to the blood increasable (P<0,05) contents of progesteron - on 43,5 % and testosterons (P>0,05) on 20,3 %. The increase of amount T-lymphocytes, segmental nuclear neutrophils, credit natural aglutinins and reduction of contents euzenofils is observed, thet is not the certification organism intoxicate of animals and immunities modeling actions of the entered doze of a preparation. The introduction of a preparation glutam for 13-15 days of a sexual cycle assists increase of a mass particle of fat in milk on 0,05 % and on 0,19 % relatively of control group and period to introduction of a preparation, without prolongation actions. Injection under a skin of a preparation glutam cause change correlation connections between sexual hormones and immune hematological by parameters of blood, that there is no negative influence on them fertilization. So in the group of tested animals probable correlative connection between testosterone and lymphocytes population are established.
