Kalensky A. Application of new educational information technologies in the study process of tactical disciplines by cadets of Higher Military Educational Institutions

The research deals with general theoretical and methodical bases of modern information technologies application in the process of studying tactical disciplines by cadets of Higher Military Educational Institutions. Modern informational technologies of study are meant as processes of accumulation, processing, conservation, introduction (reflection), handling and usage of information (of modern learning, didactic-methodological materials, databases, knowledge bases etc) according to principles of functioning psychics of students learning with help of electronic devices. They include program, informational and telecommunicational components, application means indicated in the methodical maintenance of modern informational study technologies. Pedagogical system of modern educational information technologies application in the process of studying tactical disciplines by cadets (students) is a well-organized amount of structural, dynamic and functional components of military-educational process in Higher Military Educational Institutions, which actively co-operate between themselves, come forward in co-operation with surroundings as a single whole and united by a common purpose. The main property of our system is wholeness, compatibility with other systems, stability, adaptiveness, technologicalness and basic components are purpose-having, motivational, contentfull, processional, control-regulating and evaluational-successful. Methods of modern educational information technologies application combine systematized forms, activities and means of studying be cadets tactical disciplines with help of modern educational information technologies in Higher Military Educational Institutions, principles and rules of their application directed at personal and professional (informational and technological) development of a future officer's personality, forming and development by him of personal, professional and psychological readiness to application of modern information technologies while managing troops and solving various technological problems and quasiprofessional tasks of troop functioning.
