Trifonova Y. Diagnostics and treatment of male fertility disorder depending on free-radical status

Thesis is devote to the questions of diagnostics and treatment of male disorder fertility. It's shown influence of pollution of the environment (namely low doses of radiation pollution) on spermograms in 15-20 years after Chemobyl Nuclear Station incident. It is shown data of spermograms depending on the distance to Chomobyl Nuclear Station and on the activity of free-radical processes. It is shown spermograms depending on activity of free-radical processes in infertile patients and at patients with chronic prostatitis. It is shown that spermatozoids phospholipids are important substratum of free-radical action at male infertility that accompanied by oligozoospermia.It is suggested method of diagnostic of male infertility by definition free-radical processes in sperm. It is proved and elaborated the treatment method of chronic prostatitis and male infertility by including a antioxidant therapy in treatment that causes free-radical processes inhibition and also improving spermograms.
