Object of research: man (individual) in the structure of a production system. Target of research: increase of efficiency of management of the organizational system on the basis of the dynamic behavior model of an individual in the environment of a production system as a component of the system. Research methods: system analysis, theory of the automatic control systems, theory of stability, theory of differential equations, theory of chances, methods of expert estimations. Theoretical and practical results: the model of functioning of an individual in the structure of the production system having a stream character of entrance tasks and different psycho-physiological values of parameters of a man and conditions of the external environment is developed; the recommendations as for application of managing actions to the individual are developed and grounded. Novelty: the mathematical model of functioning of the individual in the structure of the organizational system having a stream character of entrance task development is developed. It takes into consideration psycho-physiological man characteristics and a possibility of conflict situations; the criterion of necessity of acceptance of management actions provid-ing a stream character of entrance tasks is grounded; new methods of control of efficiency of the use of the personal time resource by the individual are created. Degree of introduction: the results have been used by the Lugansk enterprise of the information technologies "Proton" and the Lugansk branch of the bank"Ukrinbank"; they have also been used for imple-mentation of research works in the research company "Iskra".
