Gulevaty A. Formation of psychological readiness of the future experts with higher education to employ computer facilities

In dissertation we analysed the problems of –psychological readiness of the future experts with higher education to learn and employ sophisticated computer facilities (CF) in their professional activities. Its structure elements were singled out: motivational, cognitive, operationally processive and emotionally aspirational kinds of readiness. The validity of their existence was proved experimentally and by the methods of mathematician statistics. The differences in the development of the above mentioned elements of readiness were found in the confirming experiment. We came to the conclusion about insufficient level of motivational and emotionally aspirational readiness of the of the future experts with higher education to employ computer facilities in the professional activities. The model of psychological readiness development of economic students and border guard cadets to employ CF in the future professional activities is suggested. The efficiency of their influence upon formation of future expert’s personal with higher education psychological readiness to employ CF in the professional activities was confirmed by the forming experiment which supposes organization of consultations, intercourses, games, trainings, etc.
