The dissertation is devoted theoretical, methodical and practical questions of stabilization transport agencies financial condition. The basic conditions and factors of influence on the mechanism of stabilization financial condition are determined and investigated. Methodical maintenance of an estimation of stability financial condition is considered. The analytical estimation of financial condition of transport agencies is carried out, tendencies of formation their parameters financial stability, liquidity, solvency and business activity are revealed.
