Zotkin A. Formation of power regional elites in Ukraine.

The review of main conceptions for regional power elites was realized. The principal functions of regional elites on regional and national levels as well as stabilization activities of processes of regional power elites formation were determined. It was analyzed the interdependence among processes of regional power elites formation and regional power institutes transformations. The relationship models between regional power elites and center were investigated. It was realized the analysis of formation of regional power elites in Ukraine by the example of Crimea Autonomous republic. It was explored the reasons and consequences of transformation of Crimea power elite structure, also it was estimated the degree of its effectiveness in ukrainian power institute and analyzed its social-psychological purposes.
