Bondarenko N. Сomplex treatment of early hestosis that complicated of iron-scarce anemia with use of mineral water "Mirgorodska" and normobaric hypoxitherapya

The dissertation is devoted to application low mineral Sodium chloridum waters and normobaric hypoxia in treatment early toxicosis and iron - scarce anemia in pregnant women on a background of basic therapy with use of Sorbifer at gynecologic clinics and female consultations. Researches of a condition secretory function in pregnant women with toxicosis and an anemia, has shown, that in 94 % of pregnant women it is marked a hypoacidic condition and achlorhydria, that demands assignment of Sodium chloridum waters as means of rehydratation, corrections hypochlooremia and stimulations secretory and motor function of a stomach, and accordingly improvement of mastering of iron.Researches of vegetative balance have shown, that a prevailing vegetative background in pregnant women with toxicosis and anemia is expressed vagotonia with stress- pressure of all parts of VNS and decreasing of adaptable potential.Applications of low mineral Sodium chloridum waters and normobaric hypoxia in a complex of treatment of this pathology results in increase of secretory functions of a stomach and to improvement of mastering of iron which is displayed by increase of concentration of iron in plasma and a saturation of iron in comparison with group where pregnant women receive a natural table water.Applications of normobaric hypoxia has moderate sympatomymetic effect which assists reduction of vagotonia and increase of adaptable potential in pregnant women.Complex application of physical medical factors promoted improvement of mental and emotion conditions of pregnant women, to reduction of the period of invalidity and improvement quality of life. At pregnant women who received the suggested complex therapy it was marked decrease in number of complications of a course of pregnancy in ІІ and ІІІ a trimester and higher percent of a birth of children with an estimation of a physical condition on Apgar more than 7 points was.
