The object is the social relations that arise in the sphere of the organization and activity of subdivisions of administrative service of militia department on preventing law breaches; the purpose is scientific improving of law regulation of organization and activity of militia department subdivisions on preventing law breaches for providing social security drawing up the proposals and recommendations as for the legislation improving; methods are: dialectical, structurally-functional, comparative-lawful, historical; novelty is that the problem of the administrative-legal status of administrative militia service and its implementation of administrative suspension measures is firstly studied on the scientific research level; the consequences can be used in the scientific research sphere, practical activity and educational process.
