PONOMARENKO N. Peculiarities of impact of occupational factors and conditionsof vital activity on servicemen of peacekeeping units.

Vital activity of servicemen of military peacekeeping units of Ukraine Armed Forces and character of discharging official duties during a peacemaking mission. The features of the negative influencing of factors and terms of professional activity are certain on the organism of servicemen at implementation of peacemaking missions, the complex of prophylactic measures, directed on saving of their ability to work and health is grounded. Research methods: sanitary, physiological, psychophysiological, psychological, clinical, medico-sociological. Scientific novelty: First defined a structure and degree of the negative influencing of basic professional factors on an organism, scopes and terms of origin of reactions of adaptations, pre-pathologies and pathologies for servicemen in the conditions of implementation of peacemaking missions. The complex of sanitary and protection measures, directed on the improvement of terms of professional activity and saving of health of servicemen, is offered. Results are inculcated by limiting to six months of term of peacemaking mission, also at developmenting of methodical recommendation, temporal instruction, long-term programs. Realization of the offered complex of prophylactic measures allows to shorten general morbidity and improve ability to work of servicemen more than in two times, and level of morbidity on endemic tropical illnesses - almost in four times.
