Bendyug V. System for an estimation technogenious safety of the industrial enterprises: methodology and algorithm of calculation

The new approach for an estimation of the industrial enterprises technogenious risk which is based on the usage of dimensionless index parameters is offered. The methodology of safety estimation for the industrial enterprises is developed on the basis of indexes of risk and potential damage. The indices of fire, explosion and toxic danger are developed and included to the common methodology. The index of relative danger is offered. It was developed with use of function of Harington’s desirability on the basis of four basic index parameters. On received value of an index of relative danger, the decision making is realized to the enterprise to the certain category of danger: safe, poorly dangerous, the average danger, dangerous or especially dangerous. The danger from the location of enterprise takes into account the developed index of regional danger depending. This value helps to carry out the ranking of enterprises for the scale of danger owing to the occurrence of an extreme situation: object, local,regional or nation-wide scale.
