Essay

Object of research: process of reproduction of labor potential in Ukraine and its utilization. Purpose: developing the state mechanism to regulate labor potential utilization. Methods: dialectical, logical, of systemic approach, of analysis and synthesis, of generalization and comparison, statistical, economic-mathematical. Results: elements of regional programs on increasing the quality of labor potential utilization are improved. Novelty: necessity to implement the innovation model of labor potential development, which corresponds to the demands of the modern job market, is grounded. It was implemented while developing the regional program of Donetsk oblast state administration. Areas of use: public administration, departmental management, training and retraining of public servants.
