Galiguzov O. Forming and development of machineries of the state adjusting of foreign trade communications of Ukraine

Object of research: influence of the state on the development and peculiarities of transformation of Ukraine's foreign trade sphere under the conditions of transition period. Purpose: developing theoretical-methodological basis for forming mechanisms of state regulation of Ukraine's foreign trade relationships under the conditions of transformational economy. Methods: micro- and macroeconomic, of systemic approach, over-all analysis, statistical, of organizational design. Results: theoretic-methodological basis of forming the mechanism of state regulation of Ukraine's foreign trade relationships were developed. Novelty: theoretic principles of foreign trade relationships, on the basis of which it is proposed to form new mechanisms of state regulation of foreign trade relationships, were grounded. It was implemented while developing principle provisions of foreign trade activities in Donetsk region for the years 2002-2005. Areas of use: public administration, departmental management, training and retraining of public servants.
