Babenkov Y. The organizational-economic mechanism of the development of local self-management

Object of research: the process of development an institute of the local government bodies in Ukraine. Aim: theoretical ground and working out of organisational and economic mechanism of development the local government bodies on the district level of a city. Methods: analysis and synthesis, comparative and empiric analysis, mathematic and statistic, systematical and situational approach. Results: theoretical ground and working out of methodical instruments of further development the system of local government and it's bodies. Novelty: for the first time the mechanism of realisation of subsudiarity principle under competences distribution depending on level of solution the standart of living problems has been offered; the mechanism of organisational and economic ensuring local government bodies activity on the district level of a city has been elaborated; a structure of principles of local state government, local self-government, people self-organisation bodies activity is revealed. Degree of introduction: recommendations on the forming the mechanism of organisational and economic ensuring the system of local self-government are introduced by the Kharkiv local government bodies. Spheres of using: public administration, economic, scientific researches, teaching at a university.
