Object of research: system of an estimation of militia activity. The purpose of research: theoretical and methodological substantiation of the use of public opinion for estimation of militia. Methods: questioning, focus-group, the secondary analysis of data. The basic ideas and conclusions of work expand the representation of public opinion as the source of the information for an estimation of militia. For the first time is offered methodology of an estimation of militia by means of public opinion. Materials are used for an estimation of activity of services of militia.
