Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the decision of a problem perfection resource-saving technological processes of radial-rotational profiling rims of wheels which are providing their static and dynamic durability. On the basis of the joint solutions of elementary volume equitation in the centre of deformation, approached Huber-Mize's plasticity condition, taking into account monotony plastic deformation process in examined area and a volume constancy condition for an increment of deformations, the closed analytical decisions has been received, which connects stress field with thickness change of procurement during the process of deformation. Radial-rotational profiling wheel rims numerically solve the task of the unsteady process elastic-plastic forming. With loading calculations on each step deformations and pressure quantities, resulting integrated forces are defined, acting on a loading surface. Numerical and analytical methods allow revealing a qualitative picture of forming and ways of technologicalprocess perfection.
