Essay

Object: interrelation of the phenomenon of exoelectron emission with electronic relaxation of radiation defects. Purpose: construction and substantiation of recombination model of the exoelectron emission phenomenon for wide-band dielectric crystals of caesium haloids. Methods: quantum-mechanical. Results: estimations are done first and integral research of all stages of passing of the exoemission phenomenon for wide-band dielectric crystals of caesium haloids is realised within bounds of the built relaxation-recombination model; the energy spectra of exoelectrons are got in the analytical type. Using: can be used in scientific researches that are engaged in defectoscopy of surface and surface layer of solids; at teaching of the special courses.
