Object -complex of nematodes of winter and spring wheat; methods - - analysis of literature, field investigations, statistical; novelty - firstly it has studied complexes of phytonematodes on winter wheat in selection greenhouses, firstly to compare complexes of nematodes of winter wheat rhizosrhere in different regions of their growing used such ecological parameters as range distribution of number and indexes of diversity and evenness of distribution by Simpson; firstly has demonstrated positive correlation between the number of plant-parasitic nematodes and root necroses of winter wheat, it has detected the levels of harmfulness of plant-parasitic nematodes for this crop in closed soil; results - it has demonstrated, then in field conditions introduction of crop rotation and using a corn (in compare with peas) as a precursor crop of winter wheat looses for 50-80% number of the most dangerous for this crop species of parasitic nematodes, in selection on wheat greenhouses introduction ofcrop rotation with vegetables crops (cucmbers,tomatoes) and medicinal plants (aloe, calanchoe, stewia) looses the level of infection of soil by parasitic nematodes on 69-97%; seed treatments by system fungicides effective protects plants from parasitic nematodes from beginning of vegetation to stage of heading , which receive high yields even in conditions of private farms, on which not always impossible preserve the crop rotation; sphere of use - agriculture, phytopathology.
