Zhahovskiy V. State management of the personnel potential creation system of the Medical Service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine within the framework of European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine

The object is the medical service of the armed forces of Ukraine. The objective is the scientific and theoretical justification of the public administration principles by formation of the staff potential of the medical service of the armed forces of Ukraine in the conditions of the European and north Atlantic integration of Ukraine and the development of the practical recommendations aimed to the administration optimization in this sphere. The methods are systematic, statistical, sociological, historical, abstract and logical, modeling. The newness is that for the first time the concept of the public administration optimization of the staff potential of the medical service of the armed forces of Ukraine by military and medical specialists has been scientifically proved; the necessity of the development and introduction of the staff potential formation system in the medical service of the armed forces of Ukraine has been scientifically justified. The results are that the contents, periodicity and peculiarities of the preparation and professional improvement of the medical and military staff as well as of the managers of the medical service of the armed forces of Ukraine have been defined; the approaches to the investigation of the mentioned above problem have been improved; the directions of the medical service of the armed forces of Ukraine reformation have been suggested.
