Gadetskiy V. Social consequences of restructuring of enterprises of coal industry

Object of the study is social consequences of the process restructuring mines to coal industry of the Ukraine. Objective of study is development of the theoretical positions, development methodical approach and practical recommendation on softening negative social consequence restructuring enterprise to coal industry. Methods of research: regression and correlation and technical-economic analysis, mathematical statistics, mathematical forecasting. Theoretical and practical results: the methodical approaches to account factor, defining change the condition workman coal enterprise in consequence of closing unprofitable enterprise to branches; recommendations about practicability and sequence of the closing the coal mines. Novelty is recommendations on estimation social consequence restructuring and in accordance with this process of practicability and sequence of the closing coal enterprise. Degree of the introduction by: The Central committee of the trade union workman to coal industry of the Ukraine, Makiivskiy town centre to employment; Donetsk regional management on liquidations unprofitable coal and coal-processing enterprise GP "Donuglerestrukturizaciya", Donetsk research, design and commissioning centre to organizations of the labor at Ministry fuel and energy of the Ukraine.
