On the grounds of complex examinations of 140 patients after performing repeated reconstructive operations on abdominal aorta and peripheral arteries the causes of late postoperative complications have been identified, the indications and surgical tactics of treatment of graft thrombosis and false aneurysms. Algorithm of diagnoses and treatment of patients with late complications after aorto-femoral reconstructions was developed. The application of selection of the surgical treatment indications and tactics, types of reconstructive reoperations have led to to positive results in 89,7 % of patients with late graft thrombosis and in 90,5 % of patients with false aneurysms.
