The dissertation is dedicated to theoretical grounds and empirical study of social-psychological forces of the origin of interpersonal conflict at an early youthful age, elaboration and application of training program of forming the conflict competence at the contemporary youth. It is revealed that inherent to a person individual style of communication, conflict level that is connected with a diversity of other individual-psychological features and social status of a personality in group have fundamental influence on the origin of interpersonal conflict at an early youthful age.
