A research object is a process of adaptation of activity of small processing enterprises of agrarian sector of the Zhytomyr region to the terms of competition market environment in part of marking activity organization. The purpose - founding of the theoretical positions, mining of methods and recommendations in relation to organization of marketing activity on the small processing enterprises of agrarian sector. Research methods: logical, monographic, experimental, economical analysis, statistical analysis, sociometric and comparative analysis. The theoretical and methodological approaches in relation to providing of organization of marketing activity on the small agrarian processing enterprises and the basic directions of its improvement are generalized in the paper. The variant approachin relation to creation and functioning of marketing service is offered, the necessity of realization of continuous and valid for one occasion marketing's researches is founded. The methodical approach in relation toapplication of the strategic planning is developed and the system of indexes for realization of control of marketing activity of small enterprises is offered. The research results are inculcated in the practice of work of the small processing enterprises of agrarian sector.
