Object - mechanism of demand and supply management on consumer's market as based marketing activity of consumer's co-operative society enterprises. Aim - development of recommendation and proposals concerning the formation of effective marketing enterprises activity of consumer's co-operative society, due to the complex of social economic factors, which are based on improvement of economic and statistical methods of marketing researches. Method of research - logic generalization, analysis, comparison of economic statistic modeling, correlation and regressive analysis, average and relative values and also social researches. Dissertation defines the role and place of demand and supply evaluation in marketing activity of consumer's co-operative society enterprises. The system of indexes, factors and methods of elasticity evaluation is generalized. The tendency of formation and development of consumer's co-operative society enterprises in the Western part of Ukraine was found. The result of the researches in the practical work of consumer's co-operative society enterprises are implemented. The scope of realization are the institution of consumer's co-operative society enterprises and agricultural complex.
